Return / Refund Policy:
At Octavia Tea, We protect you-our valued customer-by adhering to rigorous health and safety procedures. We do not sell used merchandise of any kind and are, therefore, unable to accept returns or issue refunds on Tea or Tea accessories, even when still in their original packaging.
We feel strongly about maintaining the health, safety and integrity of our products and make no acceptations to our return / refund policy unless the product has been damaged during shipping. In these rare occasions, you must contact us within 48 hours and save the damaged product and all packaging. Once a shipping company representative has determined that the products were damaged during shipping, we will send a duplicate of your original order at no extra cost.
